Shipping and Returns

Since Pink Luminous Breast is intended for use in intimate areas, we do not accept return once the device has been used. The devise must be in working condition and must be in its original packaging with its protective lining in tact to be eligible for refund.  Please note our company charges a 15% restocking fee on all returns.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exchanges: 

In the event your device is not in working condition, you must notify SilkProUSA within the first 30 calendar days and a replacement device will be shipped to you free of charge.  Note, SilkProUSA will need to receive the defective device prior to shipping you a replacement. Once an exchange request has been placed we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

Shipping:

Your product will be sent within 48 hours of placing your order, unless you are notified that the item is currently in back order.
